Hi, I’m Jasmine-the heart behind Sakoon Wellness.

Sakoon was created as a gentle reminder that peace doesn’t have to be earned; it can be practiced, slowly and intentionally.
​
I am a Registered Health coach, Wellness educator, and yoga teacher. My work blends mindfulness, emotional well-being, self-care rituals, and sound meditation-all rooted in the belief that slowing down is not weakness, it’s wisdom.

At Sakoon, you will feel your breath, and simply be.

This space exists for those who are tired of carrying everything alone, for those unlearning “lok ki kehange,” and for anyone seeking calm in a loud world.
